1. Locked Out of Heaven (BERGE Jersey Club Remix) is a 72 bpm “Connection” warm-up song. The goal was to get my riders locked in to a clear beat, and I could introduce my messaging for class (all about gratitude).
Verse choreo: 2 down 2 up (aka 2 count tricep)
Chorus choreo: triceps ➡️ presses ➡️ 4 of each

2. Body (DJ ROCCO & DJ EVER B Remix) is a 95 bpm “Confidence” jog. I kept choreography simple, and gave the option to stay in 3rd or saddle. It’s a short song at 2:24, so I encouraged riders to use that to their advantage!
Chorus choreo: 2 tapbacks ➡️ single counts

3. Unchained Astronauts In The Ocean (W&W Mashup) is our first opportunity for “Challenge” speed at 128 bpm, with two 30 second drops (that are super predictable). I personally made this extended cut, so you’ll have to email me for the track!
Chorus choreo: hold tempo saddle or 3rd, run a combo, or push past the beat (you choose!)

Remember that riders often feel most vulnerable after a sprint, so be sure to give them a moment to lock back into a beat that feels good for your next track!
