Why I made “Do Less”

it’s simple really…

being a cycling instructor is hard enough.

After teaching indoor cycling for 12 years, I’ve learned and evolved so much. I started with classic Spin™️, have taught with and without metrics, and currently teaching rhythm-based classes (my favorite era!)

you know what hasn’t changed?

Gatekeeping 🙄

Music, choreography, combos, class flows, class development processes. All of it.

To add insult to injury, when I was feeling vulnerable and needed a hand, I couldn’t find a single resource that supported my offering and where the market is today - rhythm-driven and choreography-inclusive.

I would ask fellow instructors and hear, “I don’t really share my music, sorry!” or, “come to my class to pick up a few things!” or no response at all.

And the final straw? My Google Doc finally stopped loading because there was over 300 pages of cycling material 🤦‍♀️

Do Less Database enters the chat.

I have spent 6 years building a database with:

  • 3,600+ songs with all the information you need like energy, links, length and BPM

  • 2,000+ songs fully timestamp choreographed

  • All searchable, sortable, group-able and filterable

The best part? My classes perform at least 20% better than other classes (at the same time, different days). I’ve been able to cut my playlist and programming time in half, and show up prepared and professional.

And now, everything I have is available to you. All you have to do is decide if you want the Dashboard or Database (email me at info@liadaniellefitness.com if you can’t decide!)
